PR Brands acts as a mediator between you (the customer) and the service provider. We relay the information you provide to the service provider and pass along confirmation messages, updates, and invoices via SMS and email. We aim to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy. We also do not verify or guarantee the recommendations for products or services listed on our website. Any decisions made are your responsibility, and we cannot be held liable for any dissatisfaction or issues arising from those choices.
4 .Price Guarantee and Currency Exchange Rates
We offer three payment methods: cash payments directly to the service provider (for which we cannot guarantee completion or provide cancellation notifications), bank transfers (international or local, depending on your location), and payments via ATM cards through a third-party link provided on our website. PR Brands does not process credit card payments. All charges are in the local currency of the service provider's country, and tax rates and foreign exchange rates may change between your initial inquiry and final purchase.

6 .Cancellation and No-Show Policy
By making a purchase through PR Brands, you agree to the cancellation and no-show policies of both PR Brands and the service provider. If you cancel an order, PR Brands will refund the amount paid but not yet transferred to the service provider. Refunds for payments already made to the service provider will be subject to their cancellation/no-show charges, as well as any operational costs on our part. If you make direct payments to a service provider, PR Brands is not responsible for or entitled to reimburse these amounts. Refunds requested through us will only be processed at the service provider’s request and are not our obligation. Service providers are responsible for their own payment policies, and we encourage them to offer alternative payment methods, especially for international customers.
7 .Refund Policy
Refunds for payments made directly to service providers are subject to their cancellation/no-show charges. Any payments not yet transferred to the service provider at the time of cancellation are eligible for a 100% refund.
8 .Delivery and Return Policy
This policy does not apply to services. However, for products, buyers should review each service provider’s shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates before making a purchase. Return policies vary by seller and product, so buyers should refer to the specific return policies provided by the service provider. We recommend open communication between buyers and sellers to resolve any delivery or return issues.
9 .Further Correspondence
After making a purchase through our website, we will send you a confirmation of your request and keep you updated via email and SMS. You may confirm your purchase over the phone and inform us of your payment method if you have not already made payment. Please note that some providers may not reserve products or guarantee availability without prepayment. We will stay in touch with you from the day you make your purchase, and for up to a week after checkout, to ensure your experience was satisfactory. We also welcome feedback on the products or services purchased.
10 .Disclaimer
PR Brands is not responsible for any liability arising from the purchase of products or services, whether to the provider, customer, or government entities. All service providers offering direct payment options are responsible for ensuring they receive payments from customers. PR Brands reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if these terms and conditions are violated or if the user’s actions pose a risk to us or other users.
